Four lines,
one criterion.

CAD design, production solutions, institutional pieces and Smart Design training. Different deliverables. Same workflow. Same bench experience behind every file.

What every project gets

The criterion
behind the four lines.

The deliverable changes from one line to the next. The criterion does not. Every project we run is built on two things —

The why

Smart Design.

Academic design training, advanced CAD, and traditional bench craft, combined into a single workflow that produces pieces ready to manufacture. Workflow over software. Producibility over polish.

Read the full philosophy

The how

Live Design Sessions.

Real-time CAD sessions over Google Meet. You watch the piece take shape, decide what stays, and leave with a producible file. Standard in every project — CAD, production, institutional, training brief.

01 — Service line

CAD Design
with bench soul.

Conceptual design with integrated CAD. For jewellery brands developing new collections, independent designers who want their idea engineered properly, and private commissions through professional intermediaries.

Every file we deliver has been thought through from the bench backwards. Wall thickness, casting feasibility, stone seating, finish strategy — all decided before the model leaves the screen. When the brief sets a target retail price, weight becomes a design variable from the first block-out — not a problem discovered at the bench.

The result: fewer prototype iterations, lower production cost per unit, and a file you can hand to any casting house in the world.

What you get

  • Production-ready CAD file (STL / ZBrush)
  • Live Design Sessions throughout the project
  • Photorealistic renders for client presentation or look-book
  • Technical drawings on request

02 — Service line

Production
ready from day one.

Prototyping, mould development, and casting-ready files for studios and manufacturers that need a piece to scale — predictably, at the cost they planned for.

We work backwards from production constraints, not forward from inspiration. Geometry, tolerances, material flow and target weight are part of the design from the first block-out — not patched in after.

For studios already in production: we audit existing files and rework the ones that are costing more than they should.

What you get

  • Casting-ready CAD with documented tolerances
  • 3D-printed prototype with optimised support strategy
  • 3D print file optimisation: STL repair, decimation, support strategy
  • Mould strategy and unit-cost analysis
  • File audit and rework for existing production files

03 — Service line

Designed and produced
in-house.

Awards, ceremonial pieces, pins and corporate jewellery for film festivals, municipalities, cultural institutions and brands. Designed and produced in metals worked through traditional jewellery processes — gold, silver, brass and bronze, with optional electroplated finishes.

The difference: most suppliers of institutional pieces split design and production between two or three vendors, each one optimising their own step. The result is usually a piece that compromises somewhere — proportion, finish, or unit cost.

We design, prototype, cast, set and finish in the same studio. One interlocutor, one chain of decisions, one quality standard from sketch to delivered piece.

What you get

  • Single point of contact through the full project
  • CAD design, prototyping, casting and finishing in-house
  • Volume and material strategy: from a single piece in gold to a 300-unit run in brass with electroplated finish. Material selected for the brief.
  • Confidentiality on committee-sensitive projects

04 — Training

Learn the workflow,
not the software.

Hands-on ZBrush jewellery courses for designers, students and self-taught makers ready to move from tutorials into a real production pipeline.

The current edition pivots on ZBrush as the core program. Future editions will cover AI-assisted design and advanced production workflows.

Not a tutorial library. A method — taught by people who use it every day on real client work.

What you get

  • Live online sessions (small groups)
  • Real-piece exercises (every module ends with a producible model)
  • Project files, alphas and templates
  • Direct feedback on your own work

Not sure where your project fits?

Send the brief.
We’ll tell you.

Most projects sit cleanly inside one of the four lines. Some sit between two. Either way, the starting point is the same: a brief, a reply within two working days, and an honest answer on feasibility, timeline and cost.
